**Role Overview**:
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by converting leads into satisfied clients. You will work closely with potential clients to understand their immigration needs, present tailored solutions, and guide them through the process with confidence and professionalism. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a desire to excel in a commission-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique immigration needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct consultations to explain immigration services, programs, and processes in a clear and engaging manner.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the immigration team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stay up-to-date with immigration policies, programs, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant advice.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 **years of experience in sales**, preferably within the immigration sector. Highly experienced sales professionals without direct immigration experience will also be considered.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of immigration processes and programs is a plus but not mandatory.
