
People & Culture Business Partner

Lendlease is seeking a Senior People & Culture Business Partner to work in partnership with the business and the leadership team to provide people management advisory. You will manage the development, delivery and execution of various People & Culture (P&C) programs, initiatives and activities in line with the P&C strategy.
- Serve as counsel and business partner to the assigned businesses - Partnering with senior business stakeholders and leadership teams to coach and provide guidance on the people agenda in pursuit of business growth and performance.
- Manage and provide strategic advisory on all people matters including talent and succession, recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee development, diversity & inclusion, employee experience, relations and retention.
- Lead talent initiatives and processes including Talent Calibrations, Succession Planning, and Development Planning.
- Execute the People strategy and initiatives by partnering closely with the business and P&C Centres of Excellence (COEs) including Reward and Talent.
- Partner the business to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, increase employee engagement and embed a culture of care, including developing interventions and action plans for specific client groups to achieve tangible outcomes.
- Plan and manage optimal organizational structure to activate our Strategic Workforce Plans and enable people development and unlock value through simplification and efficiency.
- Develop and deliver People & Culture (P&C) programs that both meet present needs and are scalable to meet future needs, including defining projects and owning end-to-end program management e.g. workforce planning for new businesses.
- Where applicable, provide customized and practical people and talent strategy and solutions to support the successful set-up of new business streams in line with Lendlease’s growth plans.
This role is great for someone who i s passionate about people and building a great place to work through reinforcing and promoting the Lendlease culture. A hands-on People & Culture practitioner, you will have experience in developing and/or managing P&C programs with the ability to innovate and curate new approaches that meets the objectives of a diverse and growing business.
Managing and engaging with a diverse international workforce, strong communication and influencing skills are essential to the role, allowing you to partner closely with multiple stakeholders to deliver on desired outcomes. You will be energized by solving complex problems and should be adept at working with data and data storytelling to generate insights and drive business decisions and outcome.
