Singapore US Commander, Navy Installations Full time

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Ensures the consistency and accuracy of N9 Website content, supports HQ and regional N9 marketing staff/content contributors, and identifies digital media solutions, which will enhance N9 region/installation marketing ability to effectively support the Fleet, Fighter and Family.
- Plans, develops, and executes all social media, web and mobile aspects of N9 programs' strategic marketing campaigns including establishing and maintaining effective relationships with HQ program directors and key staff (internal and external audiences) with an overall goal of increasing Navy-wide awareness of FFR programs through Web-based mobile and digital communications and emerging technology, either individually or in cooperation with N94P.
- Develops recommendations for improving the marketing strategy based on analysis of feedback from affected or interested audiences; and communicating with field FFR professionals.
- Conducts studies to determine end-user and hardware/software requirements, and to recommend courses of action to achieve product/service desired output in support of the management of digital content.
- Coordinates with Navy News Service, Defense Media Activity, and Navy Chief of Information on the development of digital media communications plan elements.
- Ensures N9 success stories are communicated to Navy leadership, as well as internal and external media.
- Coordinates with the CNIC Public Affairs Officer (PAO) to identify, develop and facilitate relationships between local and regional media outlets outside the Department of Defense (DoD).
- Works with PAO to engage CNIC region/installation PAOs in promoting N9 programs.
- Ensures FFR brand and messaging standards are maintained on all digital media solutions.
- Provides technical content support, training and service to HQ and regional/installation N9 marketing staff and content contributors.
- Provides expert support on matters relating to web communications to increase awareness, interest and desire that will guide FFR leadership in influencing action, conviction and commitment from its customers.
- Uses a variety of digital marketing techniques to share information about N9 programs with emerging customers, including social media platforms, mobile instant messaging, wireless text messaging, electronic newsletters, digital advertisements, podcasts, and other interactive technologies.
- Maintains and enhances N9 programs' websites presence, in compliance with DoD and Department of the Navy (DON) policies.
- Updates websites internally using content management systems.
- Performs regularly scheduled digital media, social media and site audits to find, diagnose and report or repair website issues, including broken links (both internal and external), typographical errors, and formatting inconsistencies.
- Builds relationships with CNIC N9 region/installation marketing directors for their assistance in disseminating digital marketing tools.
- Regulates and manages access rights of HQ and/or field staff users accessing the content management systems.
- Updates and maintains websites/mobile solutions and assists with data validation and data entry as required.
- Presents ideas orally and in written materials in new ways that will increase understanding among publics with varying levels of comprehension of N9 programs.
- Identifies analytics and user experience measurement mechanisms and metrics, and creates methods of reporting and tracking in order to analyze the effectiveness of N9 digital marketing efforts.
- Prepares and presents reports as required.
- Conducts research and makes recommendations based on findings to the Branch Head related to digital media communications and software.
