Digital Media Specialist

As a Digital Media Specialist, you will be working with different Program and Project Managers for all marketing campaigns. You are required to form marketing ideas and propose to the Program and Project Managers. You need to have the skills in using Adobe Illustrator for 2D graphics and any popular app for constructing short videos for use on web pages and social media. You need to be familiar with popular social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and YouTube. As a Digital Media Specialist, you must also be mindful about the licensing rights of the use of music and video clips in the production. You will be reporting to the Marketing Director and shall work on full-time basis where flexible working hours may be discussed.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain the information published on corporate website.
- Manage the Company’s social media and ensure consistent and routine presence. Set and control budget for social media ad.
- Work closely with the Program and Project Managers to understand the requirement and produce on timely manner.
- Ensure the use of images, music and video does not infringe the rights of any party.
- Monitor the marketing outcome of every channels of marketing.
**REQUIREMENT**
- Diploma in Graphic Design/Digital Marketing or any similar discipline.
- Able to use Adobe Illustrator in Graphic Design, and any popular app in short video production.
- Able to work under stress and produce quality output in short notice.
