We are seeking a motivated and creative Knowledge Management intern to assist with our website-related projects, and Knowledge Management site content. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in digital architecture, content creation, and user experience design.

**Duration**: 3 months

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the intranet audit and then planning to maintain and enhance the current CBRE SG Intranet.
- Conduct research on industry best practices for Document Management Systems (DMS) and competitor websites to inform content and design decisions.
- Participate in usability testing and gather feedback to improve website functionality and user experience.
- Writing and other content generation i.e., thought leadership, short-form articles for various sections of the intranet pages, ensuring consistency in tone and style.

**Required Skills**:

- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Enthusiastic and proactive, with a can-do attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across different groups.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office portfolio, and comfortable with Canva, Photoshop
- Interest in data analytics and reporting is a plus
- Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, InfoComm, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Previous experience in website development, content creation, or instructional design is a plus.
