**Job Requirements**:

- Minimmum Diploma in Computer Science, Business Information System or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Supervise Systems Support staff. Oversee daily repair processes and projects status;
- Plan for the engineer skillset upgrading if necessary.
- Responsible for planning and implementing special hardware setups and software installations. Involves interviewing and advising management on appropriate use of available technology;
- To troubleshoot mission-critical problems such as network down, server down, etc;
- Design reports and comprehensive packages to enable implementation of a better IT culture among staff;
- Coordinate the relationship with its repair vendors, ensuring the equipment repair process is timely, efficient, and cost effective;
- Research, propose, and implement solutions to optimize computer usage, recommend and develop enhancements to system capabilities and performance in all the Customer’s offices. Advise management on major capital IT equipment acquisitions;
- Monitor internal reports of technical problems as they develop within the Customer and actively participate in solving problems;
- Test and evaluate commercial and educational related computer, multimedia, and networking vendor products for cost and performance and stay abreast of developments in the computing industry;
- Lead technical training sessions for IT staff;
- Participate in all decision-making affecting the IT operation of the Customer.
- To create maintenance schedule to ensure the health of the Network and JDE.
- To provide server setup, administration, maintenance and backup.
- To establish backup strategies and disaster recovery.
- Liaise and manage JDE consultant on JDE issues and trouble shooting.
- To provide JDE administration such as user creation and approval routing.
- To provide backup support for technical support personnel.
- To help customer in implementing IT policies.
- To prepare monthly IT report.
- To manage the SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- To provide necessary information and coordination for all IT related audit processes.
