**Job Description**:
Your Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, analytical Algorithm Developer who thrives on complex problems and enjoys working at the intersection of data science, software engineering, and competitive market dynamics. You’ll play a key role in crafting intelligent algorithms that optimize pricing decisions in real time, balancing profitability, competitiveness, and operational constraints.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop intelligent pricing and ranking algorithms for real-time environments
- Analyze large datasets to detect patterns, model competitor behaviors, and derive actionable insights
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to integrate algorithmic logic into production systems
- Continuously monitor and improve algorithmic performance through A/B testing and model tuning
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, optimization, and market economics

What We're Looking For:

- Strong background in algorithms, mathematics, or applied statistics
- Proficiency in Python or another high-level language used for data science or algorithm development
- Experience with optimization libraries, predictive modeling, or reinforcement learning is a plus
- Comfort working with large datasets, real-time systems, and decision-critical logic
- Independent thinker with a pragmatic mindset and strong attention to detail

Nice to Have:

- Familiarity with supply/demand dynamics
- Experience building adaptive or self-learning systems in production
- Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP)
