**About the Opportunity**:
**Access Governance
- Identity**
- Experience in banking domain (wealth management) is preferable
- Domain knowledge AD, Windows server
- Domain knowledge in DB oracle/syb/mysql
- **Incident and problem management**:

- Collaboration with various teams for days to day operations
- **Exp in Handling of CID and sensitive data and provisioning access to those.**:

- **Service Now ( Ticketing Tool).**

Qualifications:

- B.tech/BS in computer science or equivalent.
- Total 2-3 years of support experience in **Identity OR Access Management.**:

- Good understanding of **LINUX, Windows and UNIX systems**.
- Strong skills in Manual provisioning and de-provisioning
- Good analytical and problem solving skill
- Some understanding of RBAC and Application Roles & entitlements
- Some knowledge in Scripting like Powershell, JS etc
- Strong oral and written communications skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Provide 24x7 support of the IDM **(JML), SSO, AD, Provisioning related complex infrastructures.
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions for technical issues or routes to appropriate Escalation group.
- Using the applicable provisioning tool, process access requests to enroll and remove users onto the target system, in accordance with security policies.
- Manage the account dormancy process to disable accounts that have not been accessed for more than the designated timeframe as documented in the applicable procedures
- Perform project requests, assignments and deliverables for platform-specific implementations

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month
