The global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. We work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community.

The Role The Vendor Governance team at Monetisation Integrity is responsible for Contract Management, Performance Governance, Financial Management for all our vendor partners globally. This global role will be the key central focal point for managing vendor commercial relationships for Monetization Integrity
- You are responsible for TikTok's vendor governance strategy and management, ensuring smooth landing of various processes - contract, pricing, performance, relationship.
- You will manage complex vendor and internal stakeholder relationships
- You will establish governance and processes related to the continuous health of assigned sites and lines of businesses
- You will devise operating models with strong governance, risk management with Partner/Vendor engagement
- You will use your excellent communication skills to interact with senior executives within various cross functional teams
- Ability to travel 10%-20% is required for this role (post-COVID)

You are comfortable leading from both the front and the rear, as situations dictate. You come with strategic thinking skills and the ability to understand and analyze complex and ambiguous sources of information
