Your challenges:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team- Support the design and implementation of the strategic business plan to expand customer base and support growth of specific Eppendorf products in focus- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs- Focus the team on building a strong utilization of CRM- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team- Support pricing strategy of products to meet the company financial goals while retaining market competitiveness- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status- Collaborate internally & externally to bring about sales operation’s excellence and customer centricity- Develops and maintains relationships with distribution partners and develops business utlizing all sales channels

Your expertise:
- Min of Bachelor Science in relevant sciences (Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology etc) or a degree in Business Management accompanied with relevant experience in life sciences- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales team lead, consistently meeting or exceeding targets- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences- Well-connected in the life science industry in Singapore- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close- Strong business sense and industry expertise- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
