**Job Descriptions**

1）Responsible for project material planning and company purchasing procedure。

2）Responsible for material quality and ledger management。

3）Responsible for communication and implementation with company QHSE management。

4) Purchasing order management and Purchase order data statistics

5) Inventory management

6) Purchase order issuance to Supplier

7) Tracking of delivery, manage suppliers’ performances ensuring on-time delivery in good condition

8) Trouble shoot and resolve production issues

9) Claims handling and System Maintenance

**Requirements**:
1) Minimum 10 years of experience in materials control

2) Experiences in construction industry will be an added advantage

3) Able to work under pressure, self-motivates and confidence

4) Strong time management, ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervision

5) Good interpersonal & communication skills to effectively interact with people at all level

6) Able to work and living on the Jurong Island

7) Skilled to use the FEI SHU software and company procurement system
