**Responsibilities**
- Overseeing of receiving, storing, controlling and issuances materials such as Piping, Pipe Fittings, Mechanical components, Cables, E&I items, and Structural Items.
- In charge of the day-to-day activity of Warehouse Operations,
- Ensuring material received complies with the specifications mentioned in the Purchase Order. Create Overage, Shortage and Damage (OS&D) Report when necessary.
- Ensure that all documents (such as Material Receiving / Issuance / Transfer / Returned etc ) are all controlled, scanned, filed and recorded in the system.
- Conduct regular meeting with the entire warehouse team.
- In charge of estimating and procuring all materials needed for storage such as wood, pallets, canvasses, lifting gears, hand tools, and other materials that may be needed during the project.
- Overall in-charge of keeping the Warehouse and Laydown area a safe working environment
- Eliminating all unsafe practices by constantly reminding all Warehouse personnel of the company’s safety program.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Material Controller.
- Must have knowledge in the handling, storing and preservation on Structural, Piping, E&I and Mechanical Equipment
- Possess significant technical knowledge acquired in the EPC industry.
