**Position Summary**

We are currently looking for a Program Lead to drive the development of our smart lift service and to support its commercial rollout. The Program Lead will drive the strategy, planning, delivery and continuous optimisation of this service in close collaboration and alignment with the Division (business owner) and Legal Entities (commercialisation).

Aligned with TÜV SÜD’s overall strategy, the Program Lead works closely with our technical experts, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure that innovation, revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and realise the product/service strategy and roadmap based on customer needs and in line with the business division
- Develop and improve existing and new product features to enhance the product’s effectiveness in the market
- Define and implement processes and mechanisms to control and continuously improve the smart lift model and overall product quality
- Develop, deliver and communicate Market and Product Requirement Documents with prioritized features and corresponding justifications based on approval from business divisions and other stakeholders
- Scope and set up the infrastructure and operational environment to deliver the product efficiently
- Work closely with global lift experts, business owner and other internal stakeholders to ensure aligned approach and create maximum impact
- Identify, implement and manage partnership and licensing models with partners and clients
- Be accountable to the business division to support proposal preparation and negotiations with customers and partners
- Lead and manage the smart lift team to achieve their optimum performance and high retention
- Demonstrate expertise on the overall landscape of the lift industry and business, including knowledge of the competition
- Act as a leader within the company

**Key Requirements**
- More than 5 years of experience in the IT/IoT-industry, ideally within the lift business or real estate/infrastructure sector
- Demonstrated technological and project/ program management/leadership skills with a proven track record of turning hi-tech projects into commercial success
- Experience or knowledge of the lift and building industry would be preferred
- Technical background with experience in setting up and operating IoT solutions
- Experience in leading a team and managing stakeholder networks, exercising functional leadership
- Financial-/business administration basics
- Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
