**We are looking for a**Curriculum Developer (Chinese Language)**to research, design, and enhance curriculum frameworks while also delivering engaging lessons.**:

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development & Innovation**:

- Research, design, and develop **Chinese language curricula and MOE-aligned lesson plans**.
- Collaborate with educators to refine and enhance **teaching methodologies**.
- Integrate **pedagogical best practices and digital learning tools**to support student engagement.
- Maintain and organize curriculum resources in **digital and hard copy formats**.
- Conduct **teacher training sessions**to ensure effective curriculum implementation.
- Provide structured reports on **curriculum development progress**.
- Identify and recommend **new learning materials**to enhance instructional effectiveness.
- Work with leadership to **align curriculum goals with Chinese literacy development standards**.
- Ensure curriculum remains **up-to-date with the latest educational trends**.

**Teaching & Student Engagement**:

- Deliver **up to 16 hours of Chinese language instruction per week**.
- Implement **interactive and differentiated teaching strategies**based on student needs.
- Utilize **MOE syllabus guidelines**to ensure curriculum relevance.
- Foster a **stimulating learning environment**that promotes active participation.
- Maintain structured **classroom management**procedures to support student progress.
- Ensure a **safe and conducive learning environment during instructional hours**.

**Assessment & Progress Monitoring**:

- Track and assess **student performance**using structured evaluations and observations.
- Provide **constructive feedback**to students and parents to support learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of **student attendance, progress, and development**.

**Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration**:

- Represent the organization by fostering strong **relationships with students and parents**.
- Participate in **parent-teacher meetings, school events, and staff collaborations**.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure **seamless curriculum execution**.
- Uphold **professionalism**in teaching conduct, communication, and teamwork.

**Who We're Looking For**:

- **Diploma/Degree**in Chinese Language, Education, Linguistics, or related fields.
- Strong **spoken and written Chinese proficiency**.
- Experience in **curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching**.
- Knowledge of **MOE curriculum guidelines and best teaching practices**.
- Ability to integrate **educational technology**into lesson delivery.
- Strong **organizational, teamwork, and communication skills**.

**Proficiency in Chinese is required to develop curriculum and deliver lessons aligned with MOE syllabus guidelines.**
