**Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Research and Analysis**:Conduct thorough research on current educational trends, pedagogies, and learning tools to enhance the curriculum. Analyze student performance data to identify areas for improvement and adjust the curriculum accordingly.
- **Teacher Support and Training**:Provide support and professional development training to primary school teachers on the effective implementation of the curriculum. Develop resources and guides to assist teachers in delivering the curriculum effectively.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:Collaborate with school leaders, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to gather feedback on curriculum effectiveness. Engage in dialogue to understand their perspectives and incorporate valuable feedback into curriculum revisions.
- **Quality Assurance**:Regularly review and update the curriculum to ensure it remains relevant and effective. Monitor the implementation of the curriculum across schools and provide recommendations for enhancements.
- **Project Management**:Lead and manage curriculum development projects from inception to completion. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and with high quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education.
- At least 5 years of teaching experience in MOE primary schools, with a strong understanding of the Singapore primary education system.
- Proven experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
