- Co-ordinate with other contractors for Project Planning and Implementation.
- Participate in preparation of JSA/TRA.
- Check Isometric drawings before commencement of work.
- Follow the safe work requirement procedures.
- Co-ordinate with Exxon Mobil regarding Safety and QC.
- Job involves arranging required man power per the need.
- Getting things done by them over the site in order.
- Inspection on Welded Joints before during and after welding.
- Line walk through prior to Test pack clearance.
- Punch list preparation and evaluation on Pipelines.
- Timely interact with Clients for getting approval of Test Packs.
- Supervision of hydro testing and pneumatic testing’s process piping system.
- Coordinate with the Field Crew to Clear the Pre-test and Post-test Punch lists.
- Monitoring for Chemical Cleaning and Flushing of Lines.
- Conducting Leak Tests in post test Lines and inspecting Test Limits.
- Maintaining quality and safety as per requirements and specification throughout the Project.
- Check NDT requirements as per the client specifications.
