**What you will be working on**
- Plan, design and run design thinking / service design workshops
- Collect, analyse, synthesize and draw insights and conclusions from feedback, workshop output, research materials and other data points to formulate hypothesis and recommendations
- Assimilate results into coherent presentation formats and communicate results to sell recommendations effectively to stakeholders and senior management
- Derive high quality deliverables for every phase of the project as agreed upon with stakeholders
- Create a design-minded environment and build design capabilities amongst project team members

**What we are looking for**
- At least 2-3 years hands-on design thinking / service design experience, preferably with some UX/UI skills
- Portfolio that demonstrates experience in creating user-centric design solutions, with at least 1 service design BPR project using a structured approach
- Ability to take a broad, strategic perspective as well as drill deep to understand business needs and challenges
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders and senior management
- Experience in project management of digital products will be an added advantage
