**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **Training & Development Executive / Manager**who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about creating learning experiences that drive measurable results for clients. In this role, you’ll lead training program design and delivery, manage trainers and vendors, and work closely with corporate clients to deliver high-quality, outcomes-focused training solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training Programme Development**
**Vendor & Trainer Management**
- Liaise with external training providers and freelance trainers to coordinate logistics, schedules, and quality assuranceEnsure consistent delivery standards and trainer satisfaction
**Team Leadership & Coordination**
- Lead and support a team of training coordinators and facilitatorsGuide project planning, timelines, and reporting to ensure seamless execution
**Corporate Client Engagement & Outreach**
- Engage and acquire new corporate clients through outreach, referrals, and inbound leadsPrepare tailored proposals and training solutions for MNCs, SMEs, and government agencies (e.g., GeBIZ)
**Contract & Project Management**
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and training agreements
- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and post-training evaluation
**What We’re Looking For**:
**Education & Experience**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Education, HR, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training, L&D, or education-related roles
**Industry Passion & People-Centric Mindset**
- Strong passion for lifelong learning and professional development
- Able to build trusted relationships with clients, trainers, and learners
**Communication & Organizational Skills**
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in managing multiple projects with strong attention to detail

- Able to lead and manage timelines in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong coordination and follow-through capabilities
