A Global Marketing Enterprise dealing with a diverse range of eco-friendly, therapeutic care, nutrition care, personal care and family care products and health supplements seeks highly motivated individuals with drive and enthusiasm to fill the following position:
**Responsibilities**:

- Responding promptly to client requests and inquiries
- Providing product information to clients
- Assisting clients when ordering of products
- Preparing daily sales summaries
- Handling and resolving complaints of clients with efficiency
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

**Requirements**:

- Some working experience, but not necessary as training will be provided
- Able to work under pressure when the occasion arises
- Fluent in English & Mandarin is preferred (To communicate effectively with English & Mandarin speaking associates and clients)
- Knowledge of computerised accounting system essential
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
