**What You'll Do**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Strategist, SEA to join our Account Strategy team in Singapore.

This individual will be asked to use their analytical skills and creativity manage Brand advertiser Account with quarterly brand reviews, and triaging data pain points. They will also be asked to maintain and monitor their portfolio of clients and provide strategic plans and recommendations to grow the business and prove the value proposition of the platform to be stronger year over year.
- Effectively manage relationships with top SEA advertisers and agencies to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Drive regular client meetings in the advertiser’s organization
- Ownership of the contact, event, and deal information for all client data in the CRM tool
- Aggressively grow revenue and track retention of clients and or agencies.
- Set-Up, Launch, Manage and Optimize brand campaigns
- Optimize accounts toward improved account performance for the customer
- Sales support and activity reporting
- Maintenance of data integrity with in-house sales tools
- Proactively identify and suggest new processes toward enhancing Criteo’s service
- Serve as internal escalation point for any operational issues
- Work closely with Ad Operations, Analytics and Finance teams to ensure best campaign execution
- Encourage feedback from customers to further strengthen Criteo’s products and services

**Who You Are**:

- BA/BS university degree.
- Demonstrated track record of success in offering outstanding customer service and innovation leading to revenue growth and customer retention.
- Experience & knowledge to manage and grow SEA markets
- Ability to assess and resolve advertiser/agency issues encountered in the role and up-sell new products.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical knowledge of site tagging, ad serving and ad ops would be an advantage.
