**Job Description & Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in kitchen operations (Pastry/Baking, Mis En Place etc.)
- Receive stock and manage inventory
- Ensure that all standards of food preparation and quality are met
- Ensure that cleanliness and hygiene procedures are followed at all times
- Work closely with the team members to ensure that the kitchen operations are run smoothly
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the head chef
- Working Shifts; 7am - 3pm

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a Pastry Chef de partie for min 3 years or a relevant Culinary Diploma or Degree could be considered as well
- Has a valid Food Safety & Hygiene Cert
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Possessing at least a Professional Culinary Certification/NiTEC or equivalent would be advantageous
- Singaporeans only

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18 - 40 per week

**Salary**: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
