**Roles** & Responsibility **_工作内容_**
- Ensure that all food prepared and served is according to the employer
- 确保所准备和提供的所有食物符合雇主的要求。_
- Monitor ingredients are well delivered, i.e expiry, freshness of ingredient etc
- 监控和确保食材的送货情况例如到期日期、新鲜程度等等。_
- Check-up stocks and keep track
- 检查存货并跟踪。_
- Demonstrating proper food safety and hygiene at all times
- 始终展示正确的食品安全和卫生知识。_

**Requirements **_工作要求_**
- At least 5 years experience.
- 至少5年经验。_
- Personal chef experiences OR Start-up own restaurant business experience will be considered.
- 只考虑私人厨师经验或创业开办餐厅的经验。_
- Minnan cuisine experiences is a Big Plus Familiar with other Chinese Cuisine - Cantonese cuisine, Fujian cuisine will also be considered.
- 闽南菜的经验优先考虑广粤菜和福建菜也会考虑。_
