We are currently seeking an Admin Assistant to support our expanding operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the workshop team
- Assist in purchasing records and documentation, including purchase orders, invoices and receipts.
- Support basic accounting functions such as processing vendor invoices, preparing payment vouchers
- Liaise with other departments to coordinate administrative and warehouse activities
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- GCE ‘O’/’N’/ITE Level
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices is an advantage.
- Good Microsoft skill (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to liaise with English and Chinese-speaking colleagues/workers
- Energetic and willing to learn
