We are looking for ambitious Graduates from any STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) background who have an aptitude for problem solving, logical thinking and a keen interest in becoming an adept Financial Software Developer.

Whilst programming experience is beneficial, it’s not essential, as our comprehensive training programme does not assume any prior knowledge or experience. If successful, you will join an intake of other like-minded Graduates, and our bespoke training academy will be delivered from our Belfast Headquarters for an initial 3-month period.

**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum 2:1 Bachelor’s Degree in ANY STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal
- Detail-orientated, results-driven and a can-do attitude
- Capable of working both independently and within a team
- Coding experience is advantageous but not essential
