**This developmental work using Raman spectroscopy entails the following**:

- Initial exploration of spectroscopic measurements for selected food ingredient compounds
- Performing optimal measurements for targeted compounds suited for subsequent data analyses
- Technical communications of research findings

**Requirements**:
Potential applicants should have science or engineering background at tertiary education level, with knowledge in chemistry, food, or related sciences. Demonstration of scientific curiosity, keenness to learn and relevant lab work experience are an added bonus.

The minimum duration of this internship is 3 months, and longer internship periods are preferred.
