**Job Brief**

We are looking for a talented Public Relations Executive to support the centralised marketing team in managing strategic communication efforts between the company and the general public. The goal is to generate positive public opinion, raise brand awareness and establish brand presence across multiple mediums for the Company’s products, partners and projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute PR campaigns to increase brand outreach, promote the company’s products and projects to create a positive brand image.
- Leverage on a variety of media channels to maximise brand and campaign exposure.
- Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with media, influencers and other related parties.
- Develop and edit news releases, speeches, articles, interviews and other editorial collateral to increase brand awareness.
- Track the effectiveness of various campaigns and course correcting as required.
- Generate engaging written content for traditional media, websites, social platforms and marketing collateral.
- Daily media monitoring to track public sentiment and identify potential stories for press consideration.
- Create and consistently expand on the internal media list.
- Analyse and interpret metrics to measure the success of PR and branding initiatives.
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting partners and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategies.
- Research and secure speaking opportunities for the company’s leadership.
- Prepare and update the company’s media kit and branding guidelines across all projects and products.
- Prepare briefing books for all speaking opportunities and media engagements.
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to generate brand awareness and presence across all media channels.

**Requirements**:

- Able to work on multiple projects concurrently and stay organised across all projects and products.
- Independent, self-motivated worker who is eager to learn.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies, Marketing or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Strong command of the English language in the written and verbal form, bonus if the applicant is well-versed in Mandarin as well.
- 2-5 years of experience in the PR industry.

**Bonus Points**
- Existing media connections.
- Experience in the Web3 space.
