**Trade Marketing & Customer Service Specialist**

Grand Seiko Asia-Pacific is seeking Trade Marketing & Customer Service Specialist to be part of our dynamic and diverse team in Singapore.

This role will be directly reporting to the APAC Marcomm Manager and APAC Commercial Manager.

**Job descriptions
Trade Marketing:

- Work closely with APAC MM to oversee the design and development of retail stores.
- Ensure store designs are aligned with the brand's image and customer experience objectives.
- Manage construction budgets and timelines.
- Collaborate with constructors to ensure accurate execution of store designs and layouts.
- Assist APAC MM in managing the design process of store layouts and fixture plans for HQ submission and review.
- Assist APAC MM in managing visual merchandising for boutique and all point-of-sale in accordance with global guidelines.
- Work closely with retailers, contractors, and vendors to ensure accurate execution of the stores.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure that design objectives are achieved and identify areas for improvement.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Customer Service:

- To be the overall owner and responsible for After Sale Services & Repair Operations Management.
- Understand clients' requests and identify appropriate solutions.
- Regularly liaise with workshop coordinators in Japan and Thailand to find solutions to client issues.
- Understand and respect the repair flow: client and creation data registration, estimate communication and approval, follow-up, billing, stock process, payment collection.
- Ensure brand repair quality standards, service levels, and KPIs are executed in the repair and after-sales processes.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- With 2-3 years of relevant retail experience in luxury brand, high-end fashion, jewellery and watch industry or in similar capacity.
- Possess initiative, meticulous and details oriented.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, team player, positive thinker, creative and effective.
- High integrity with good ethics and values.
