Provide day-to-day support in general HR administration
Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions in areas of recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding.
Employee relations, Verification of OT and allowances, payroll, report preparation & submission, etc
Update new hire information into the HR database and system.
Filing and scanning of documents to prepare for PFiles.
Updates in personal particulars/employment details and address of foreign workers via MOM.
Purchasing of air tickets when repatriating foreign workers.
Handle any statutory claims like WICA, MI, NS claims, Foreign worker levy waiver. Monitor Company Vehicles insurance, Road tax etc
Assist in training course registration, maintaining training records, training evaluation, and databases.
Assist in processing any other miscellaneous claims and payments via an in-house finance system.
Any other administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum with at least 2 years of working experience in admin/hr experience is required, preferably in the construction industry or has experience managing migrant workers will be highly preferred.
Diploma and Degree in any filed
Knowledge of Employment Act, Work Injury Compensation & Work Pass procedures
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,979.05 per month
