**Get to know the Team**

Reporting to the Head of Legal of the Corporate Finance team, you are an integral member of Grab’s Corporate Finance (CF) team. The team is at the centre of all of Grab’s key and strategic “game changing” M&A, fund raise and capital markets activities.

**The Day-to-Day Activities**
- Be our key counsel, leading negotiations and project managing, for our M&A transactions
- Work closely with our corporate finance/investment team, investee companies, investors and partners on deal related issues, regulatory and compliance issues and take ownership of related matters and initiatives
- Help manage relationships with local and international law firms
- Support Grab’s General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel in maintaining and updating internal processes, procedures, and compliance policies
- Play an active, hands-on role in supporting the Corporate Finance Legal Head in building and running Corporate Finance’s legal team

**Pivotal Experience & Expertise**
- Working with all members of the Corporate Finance team to support all our investments and strategic initiatives, including where required fund-raise activities
- Commercial and street-smart, focussed on delivering impactful and positive outcomes for Grab, and minimising liability, regulatory and reputational risks
- Proven track record of transaction management and execution
- Good business acumen with strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at concise communications
- Ability to build trusting relationships, and be considered as a strong business partner to our key internal stakeholders
- Adept negotiator, resourceful and tenacious

- Strong people management skills
- Ability to influence key decision makers and break down roadblocks to complex projects
- Highly resilient leader, who possesses the tenacity to build businesses and challenge the status quo
- Ability to contribute actively to shaping the strategy and key decisions of our CF deals
- Experience in managing diverse stakeholders in complex structures across multiple levels and cultures.
