**Career Conversion Programme Available**

We are looking for talented individuals who are keen to enter the **education industry **as HR **Executive **under our **Career Conversion Programme (CCP) **. This is a full-time, where you will undergo **4 months of On-the-Job Training (OJT) **with the aim of transforming you into an industry-grade full time professional in this field while working together with our team.

**HR Executive Responsibilities**:
**1. Recruitment**
- Manage recruitment for **Full-time Roles **(e.g. ICT Trainers, Software Developers, eLearning Specialist, Business Analyst), **Traineeships **and **Internships**:
**2. Retention**
- Strategic planning of deployment / movement / replacement of seconded staff to ensure continual placement client’s site
- Monitor employee’s progress and ensuring the company culture stays positive and productive
- Answer HR related queries of fellow colleagues, and handle grievance cases if required
- Assist with monthly payroll and government programme claims (e.g. traineeship)

**3. Retraining**
- Work closely with Internal Stakeholder to roll out HR Initiatives that will benefit the Company and encourage more efficient work from employees
- Gather training needs of new hires and work with them on the trainings to be completed
- Engage fellow colleagues on a regular basis to assess and provide any ad-hoc trainings that can be provided

**Job requirements**
- Have a degree or higher (does not need to be HR-related)
- At least 2 years of working experience.
- further vetted on a case-by-case basis
- Need to be comfortable with working with multiple stakeholders
