**Job Description**:

- Are you passionate about early childhood education and have a love children? If so, we want you to join our growing team at our Phonics Early Literacy Enrichment Centre with a creative touch As a Branch Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and team management at one of our Branch. Your role will involve leading a team, fostering strong relationships with parents, and ensuring the branch's success through effective problem-solving and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of employees and retain employees.
2. Build and maintain relationships with parents to drive business growth and enhance their satisfaction.
3. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and optimize branch performance.
4. Foster teamwork and collaboration among team members to ensure a cohesive work environment.
5. Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
6. Troubleshoot issues as they arise to maintain smooth branch operations.
7. Communicate effectively with team members, superiors, and customers to convey information clearly and professionally.
8. Provide team leadership by setting goals, motivating team members, and ensuring high performance standards are met.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual children needs
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Critical thinking skills to analyse children's performance and make instructional decisions
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
- A passion for building relationships with children and helping them succeed academically

Key Information:
Full-time working hours are well within 44 hours per week, ensuring that you have a good work-life balance.
- Weekdays: 2 pm - 9 pm (0.5 hour break)
- Weekend: 8.30 am - 6.30 pm (1.5 hour break)

Working days are 5 per week.

Salary Range: SGD 2800 per month onwards
