**About the Role**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Executive, Business Development & Partnership**to support our strategic growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client engagement, partnership development, and membership management in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Follow-Up & Client Engagement**
Track and follow up on business leads, coordinate meetings, and assist in preparing proposals and pitch decks.
- **Presentation & Communication**
Draft and design professional presentations, participate in client meetings, and ensure consistency in communication materials.
- **Documentation & Agreements**
Draft and manage MOUs, partnership agreements, and service proposals. Liaise with internal departments to ensure compliance.
- **Administrative & Coordination Support**
Maintain accurate records, schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and support KPI tracking.
- **Market Research & Intelligence**
Conduct basic market research and monitor trends to support partnership strategies.
- **Membership Management**
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or client servicing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); CRM experience is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.Comfortable presenting to clients and senior stakeholders.
