**Key Roles a**nd Responsibilities**
- Sembcorp Group Procurement Function collaborate with various group functions and within Sembcorp globally to establish, enhance policies, as well as provide procurement advisory to Business.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Procurement Excellence team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in enhancing procurement systems, policies, and processes, while working closely with internal stakeholders across departments. You will support key initiatives aimed at driving efficiency, compliance, and innovation within the procurement function.

The intern will be participating in our procurement improvement journey, with the following key roles which include:

- Assist in reviewing, updating, and standardizing procurement policies and procedures.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of procurement systems and tools.
- Help gather and analyze procurement data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in training and communication efforts related to procurement process improvements.
- Partner with other market procurement globally for procurement project initiatives
- Document best practices and assist in developing user guides, SOPs, and training materials.
- Support compliance checks by ensuring documentation is complete and up to date.

**Qualifications,** Skills & Experience**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A passion for process improvement and operational excellence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Possess good communications & social skills
- Enjoys working in a team-based environment
