Salling Search is recruiting a **Head of Customer Experience **for a reputable ship owner and operator based in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with various team in rolling out customer service designs, programs and initiatives geared towards customer excellence
- Oversee the development as well as execution of a CS capability and training programs
- Collaborate cross functionally to identify and prioritize CS enablement requirements and ensure that every member of CS is well equipped to deliver value to the customers
- Provide guidance and direction to the employees in the team in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures
- Consciously create an engaging workplace culture that focuses the approved mission, vision and organization values
- Propose and lead the development projects enabling the service delivery efficiency and increased customer satisfaction

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor Degree preferably in Business/Shipping/Logistics/Supply Chain
- Strategic thinker with ability to understand customer complex issues and complaints
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Well organized and adept with the latest e-commerce industry trend
- Able to work in fast paced team oriented environment to achieve business goals
