Corporate Finance Associate

Part of the corporate finance team specialising in equity-linked fund raising transactions, mergers & acquisitions and financial advisory. The role will be to support the team in the execution of corporate finance transactions, due diligence, research, documentation and translation works, participate in drafting and verification meetings, notes taking and follow up on discussion issues, liaison works and preparation of presentation materials.
**Requirements**:
- Related academic qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a
numerate/financial discipline. CMFAS Module 4A, and/or CFA certification is a
plus.
- Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively;
- Excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese;
- Be a team-player with a demonstrated track record of working effectively in a
team;
- Demonstrate initiative and be a self-starter that takes pride in his/her work, with
a track record of professional and academic excellence;
- Possess strong quantitative skills with the ability to understand financial
statements and build financial models;
- Have strong research and analytical skills and be able to see things from a
holistic perspective, identify key messages and piece together transaction
related materials such as pitch books, briefs and profiles, teasers and
information memorandums with mínimal guidance;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
an understanding of the relevant regulatory requirements pertaining to SGX
listed companies will be considered favorably
