**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead printed electronics development team.
- Responsible for the industrialization of development projects.
- Responsible for development and implementation of project-specific process automation for printed electronics.
- Collaboration with European development team.
- Equipment evaluation, specification and qualification.
- Rollout of manufacturing processes to production sites.
- Authoring of relevant documentation, e.g. work instructions, maintenance plans etc.
- Project management and monitoring of technical progress, project schedules and budgets.
- Primary technical contact for customers, suppliers and sales teams.
- Support of sales and marketing activities.
- Cost calculation for customer projects.
