**Role Summary**
The Project Manager (Digital, Data & Innovation) is responsible for the timely, efficient and effective delivery of the DDI projects, both individually and as a cohesive program of work for the company. The role supports the delivery of transformational change programs in an agile and sustainable manner.
- Collaborate with the respective team to:
- Support the business in delivering the agreed strategy, programs, projects and initiatives to drive measurable, reportable and effective enterprise-wide change management.
- Support & develop business cases and manage budgets for assigned transformational programs.
- Lead, own and be responsible for the implementation and delivery of initiatives as required.
- Lead & manage key phases of project management - projection initiation, planning & execution.
- Kept abreast of relevant technological developments to develop new ideas and initiatives to stay effecting in the role.
- Be an active project team member, highly effective, engaged to deliver transformational change programs to a consistent, high-quality standard across the business.
- Provide technology know-how and collaborate with stakeholders effectively to ensure successful implementation of projects.
- Presentation of solutions and obtain buy-ins from clients.
- Ensure that project progress is effectively reported, monitored and governed in an accurate and timely manner, successfully fulfil approved schedule, budget and quality baselines.
- Anticipate, manage, resolve issues, risks, dependencies and impediments that may impact the successful project delivery.
- Coordinate the delivery of relevant training and adoption plan for new systems and processes.
- Actively participate in the development and utilisation of a suite of standardised project, change, implementation standards, processes and reporting, based on AGILE methodology, for rapid quality implementation.
- Strengthen processes and structures required for building organisational resilience (readiness for the future).
- Improve operational efficiency and support business continuity and improve service delivery.
**Job Requirement**
- Degree holder of related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of project management experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) OR Scrum AGILE certification will be an advantage.
- Experience with Agile product development methodology and tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, influencing skills and stakeholder management.
- Strong technical know-how, costs and risk management skills, problem solving abilities.
- A self-starter and ability to work under pressure and tight schedules.
- Positive and proactive attitude to anticipate challenges and resolve issues.
**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
