- Arrangement of Inward and outward logistic with freight forwarders.
- Prepare commercial invoice, packing list, tax invoices, delivery orders and general documentation.
- Keep track & notify respective personal for stock arrival.
- Ensure accurate stocks received.
- Update of inventory listing (for demo & sales/service delivery orders).
- Maintain inventory storage in proper locations.
- Perform monthly stock take.
- Planning and keep track of logístical movement to ensure smooth delivery.
- Investigate and resolve deliveries that are late or have discrepancies.
- Perform administrative and office support activities.
- Handle incoming calls and receive guest.
- Other general ad-hoc task where required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,400.00 - $3,200.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Additional leave

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
