**Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to identify and secure new clients and markets.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and assess market trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Negotiate and close deals with new clients, ensuring that all contractual terms are favorable to the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes.
- Travel extensively within the Asia-Pacific region to meet with clients and attend industry events.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Injection, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in sales and business development, with a strong focus on new client acquisition.
- In-depth knowledge of the plastic injection industry.
- Solid understanding of OEM, ODM, and contract manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in both English and Chinese.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Asia-Pacific region.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
- Familiarity with the regulatory environment and industry standards in the Asia-Pacific region.
