Start your career with Bank of Singapore as a **Product Specialist (Manager/AVP) **in **DPM Portfolio Implementation** team.

**General Description**
- The Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM) team manages clients' monies on their behalf, according to clients' predetermined risk profiles and appetites.
- The Advisory Portfolio Management (APM) team advises clients in building investment portfolios that fit into their financial planning and investment preferences.
- Both DPM and APM must navigate changing investment landscape and macroeconomics backdrop to decide on the overall asset allocation of clients.
- A Portfolio Management Implementation Specialist manages the overall technical support and system needs and improvements of the Portfolio Management teams, in particular relating to Aladdin Enterprise and Aladdin Wealth platforms.

**Main Duties**

**1. **Aladdin Related Day-to-Day**
- Main liaison between Bank of Singapore and BlackRock for Aladdin matters, such as customer service queries, system tweaks and improvements
- To ensure Portfolio Implementation team is well-equipped for all BAU Aladdin tasks as back-up, through regular updates and training
- Work with Portfolio Implementation team on tasks related to Aladdin, including but not limited to
- maintain CAA/TAA for uploading,
- management of indexes,
- maintenance and coding of investment compliance rules

**2. Aladdin Related Improvements / Upgrade**
- The go-to person within PM team for data integrity topics, work with IT/ project team to improve data sources, classification of data etc
- Work with the project team on enhancement items / phase 2 projects (for instance ensuring BOS International funds information are fed through to Aladdin, exploring IBOR (Internal Book of Records) for Aladdin, digitalization using CFE (Client Front End)), and the prioritization of issues for Portfolio Managers.

**3. Other General Responsibilities **such as audit/compliance queries, process documentation, BCP activities, adherence to RCSA & RRSA, etc. Subject matter experts for system related topics in bank-wide projects.

**Qualifications**

**Work Experience Requirements**
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience at private bank, asset management or fund house, in particular vital experience with the Aladdin Enterprise and Wealth system
- Familiarity with portfolio management and key asset classes an advantage.
- Team player with initiative. Accuracy and attention to details.

- Minimum Diploma or Degree
