**Product Ops **to support our growth

We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with product management to extract insights from product data and use them to inform product decisions.
- Coordinate with customer support team to handle customer inquiries and support bug reports.
- Manage bug triage and work with the engineering team to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, sales and ops to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure efficient product development and successful product launches.
- Identify and manage risks and issues that may impact product delivery and provide proactive solutions to mitigate them.
- Develop and implement processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve product development processes and deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product operations or related field, with a proven track record of delivering/supporting successful products.
- Familiar/experience in Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in software development, SaaS, or technology industry is a plus.
