**Roles & Responsibilities**
Connect Energy Services (CES) is an accredited recruitment solutions and services consultancy with over 20 years supporting global Engineering and Marine, MNC, EPC firms and providing industry professionals to major Engineering projects.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect for potential new clients
- Cold call as appropriate within market or geographical area to ensure reobust pipeline of opportunities
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveragin network
- Identify potential clients and decision makers within client organization
- Research and build relationship with new clients
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practise leader
- Attend industry functions, such as events and conferences, provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
- Present to and consult mig and senior level management on business trends with a view of developing new services, products and distribution channels
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Submit weekly progress reports
- Prepare monthly BD activity report and distribution to BD community
- Ensure the data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM or other sales management system
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by team
- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals
- Research and develop thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities
