Singapore FAR EAST FACADE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Full time

Manage and coordinate preparation of pre-tender documentation and response to tender clarifications and amendments involved and attends tender meetings leading to award of tenders.
- Prepare contract documents for control and implementation of contract administration and reviews commercial aspects of contract and agreement with clients & sub-contractors
- Monitoring and managing contractor performance to ensure contract compliance
- Identifying and resolving contractual issues and disputes
- Providing guidance and support to project teams on contract-related matters
- Prepare budgets and cash flow projection in conjunction with directors, project managers and financial controller
- Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondences and documentations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Civil Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 8 years' experience in a **Contracts Management**role, preferably within the **Facade**industry
- Excellent knowledge of construction contract law, regulations and best practices
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to speak and wirte Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
