Procurement and Contract Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage contracts and procurement processes for our organization. As a Procurement and Contract Professional, you will be responsible for preparing accurate bills of quantities (BOQ) for construction projects, conducting cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs, and administering and managing main contracts and subcontracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate BOQ for construction projects.
  • Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs.
  • Administer and manage main contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Handle variations, claims, and final accounts in accordance with contract provisions.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on contractual matters.
  • Verify monthly progress claims, cost reports, and cash flow projections.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience as a Contract Administrator or Procurement Specialist in the construction industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in cost estimation, contract administration, and project financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in software and Microsoft Office Suite.
