**Your main responsibilities are**:

- Work with our marketing team, in-house creatives, agencies and freelancers to produce new ideas for advertising campaigns, marketing communications and product feature announcements. Platforms can include: all major social media platforms, eDMs, the BandLab website, and the BandLab app.
- Deliver compelling and culturally-aware visual content, and ensure on-brand delivery of visual assets at a high level of quality.
- Evaluate creative trends, provide creative insights and recommendations, and keep up-to-date with latest marketing techniques.
- Develop and maintain a unique visual identity for the BandLab brand alongside our Creative Director, Marketing.

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years in an agency/ in-house/ freelance. You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates strong design skills.
- Organized & self-motivated. You hold yourself accountable for your decisions and meet deadlines when presented. You are always searching for the best solution.
- Excellent visual design skills. You have the eye for good typography, color, and composition. Knowledge of basic, short video creation is a plus.
- Detail-oriented. You are thorough with your checks and aim for error-free work each time.
- A good communicator. You are able to clearly communicate your ideas and maintain communication channels effectively through lengthy projects and multiple stakeholders.
- Humble and objective. You are able to provide, receive, and incorporate constructive feedback.
- 100% internet fluency. You know the ins and outs of social media, speak the language of the internet, have gone down YouTube rabbit holes for multiple hours in a row, have uploaded multiple Tik Tok videos and have explored without fear the inner depths of Reddit.
- A passion for music is a must
