Sales Engineer - Metrology Equipment
**Job Description**:
1. Monitor, collect, and analyze the latest customer and industry trends to identify technical requirements and potential opportunities in the field of metrology, and formulate effective sales strategies;
2. Maintain communication with technical and managerial contacts at client organizations to build trust and ensure high satisfaction throughout the sales and service lifecycle;
3. Act as the key interface between clients and Yuwei Technologies, promoting our metrology equipment by clearly articulating technical features, specifications, and performance advantages in both high-volume production lines and R&D environments;
4. Take ownership of key sales metrics including revenue, payment collection, project delivery, and customer feedback;
5. Coordinate with internal departments such as R&D, production, and marketing to align technical solutions with customer needs and ensure successful project implementation;
6. Build long-term technical partnerships with clients by deeply understanding their process challenges, providing insight into metrology solutions, and continuously delivering value.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering, electronics, instrumentation, or other relevant technical fields; strong technical background in precision measurement or semiconductor metrology is preferred;
4. Capable of developing and maintaining strong client relationships, with demonstrated abilities in technical communication, cross-functional teamwork, and continuous learning.
Pay: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
