Singapore XPRESS PRINT (PTE) LTD Full time

**Job Description & Requirements**:

- Responsible for preparation of monthly group consolidated accounts
- Conduct analysis of the monthly group consolidated results by comparing with past year comparative and budgeted results
- Provide monthly detailed analysis of expenditure by group's entities
- Prepare monthly and periodic management and financial reports
- Review the accounts prepared by Accounts Executives in HQ and overseas subsidiaries
- Taking the initiative in resolving issues involving reconciliation of inter-company balances between foreign subsidiaries, timing of inter-company billings etc
- Liaise with auditors, tax agent and company secretary
- Supervise a group of accounts executives handling the subsidiaries' accounts
- Assist the Group Finance Controller in implementing internal controls and procedures to finance, production and operations department
- Assist the Group Finance Controller in preparing the Group's annual report
- Handle any other ad hoc assignments or operational issues requiring finance involvement
- Degree in Accountancy or ACCA
- Accountant with 3-5 years experience in preparing Group Consolidated Accounts (with foreign subsidiaries) preferably in Singapore listed companies OR 2 years listed company experience with 1 year of audit

- Good knowledge of Singapore FRS
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (both spoken and written) in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates.
- Must have good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and preferably Navision
- Able to work independently and to take initiative in implementing improvements
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
