**Responsibilities**:
Business partnering, methodology development and financial analysis
- Partner with business units to identify, quantify and realise cost/ productivity/ efficiency savings
- Lead enterprise programmes/ workstreams / projects to improve Group cost shape
- Drive financial analyses
- data collection, analysis of financial / operational data, model development
- Develop and sharpen cost methodologies: Conceptualise/ implement performance management framework to assess initiative progress, including, productivity from technology implementations
- Strengthen reporting, governance
Programme and stakeholder Management
- Engage stakeholders on the topic of drive strategic cost management and support preparation of strategic reviews
- Programme manage, incl timelines/ monitoring milestones
**Requirements**:
- Degree holder in related field with 6-8 years of relevant experience
- Prior management consulting background an advantage, with experience in Big4/ financial services
- Strong analytical/ problem solving skills and comfortable with working with numbers and relational datasets
- Ability to operate independently, collaborating with senior colleagues to drive outcomes
- Able to work under pressure and interested in developing a career in a dynamic banking environment
