Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Prepare, review, coordinate with clients, consultants, project team members, sub-contractors and all relevant parties to discuss and resolve Project Management, Specifications and Technical Issues
- Manage large scale construction projects for clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, with high quality
- Monitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing the flow of information, and reporting and tracking issues arising from progress, quality and safety
- Assist in completing the handover plan, ensuring documentation is completed and expectations are met on time and with quality
- Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners
- Review proposed variations and delays in the works
- Schedule and coordinate project timelines
- Procure materials and equipment
- Ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Communicate progress updates to stakeholders and clients
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Keep accurate project documentation and reports
**Job Requirement**
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience
- Understanding of Fire system
- Experience in LTA project will be good
- Possess necessary certificates to carry out the job
- Well-organised personnel and responsible working attitude
- No age limit so long fit and abled
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 40 months
Pay: $6,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
