Senior Professional Services Consultant

Tricentis is looking for a Senior Consultant with experience in performance testing to join our professional services team for NeoLoad consulting projects. In this role, you will collaborate with our internal teams and enterprise customers to create advanced implementation strategies and develop best in class rollout and adoption concepts for Tricentis Products, especially NeoLoad. Additionally, you will often be involved in our customers transformation programs, providing guidance and advice as needed.

The job combines a wide range of activities with a geographically diverse customer base across all relevant industries. It provides the opportunity to deliver the best software testing products to the most demanding customers.

Consultants help shape the vision and strategy of our own organization as Tricentis endeavors to harness the ideas of our workforce, collaborating cross functionally to ensure we remain at the cutting edge of our products. We achieve this in part by assigning ownership and providing autonomy to senior members of our consulting teams.

Services are provided remotely and on-site and includes architecture and methodology consulting, enablement, project management and coaching. This role will be based in Singapore to cover a regional base of customers across Asia and will require a bilingual speaker who can communicate with customers in both Mandarin Chinese and English.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with our diverse regional and global teams to deliver business outcomes
- Plan, lead and implement Tricentis NeoLoad specific implementations including installation and configuration in customer environments
- Prepare and conduct online and classroom trainings and coaching sessions for Tricentis NeoLoad for relevant customer stakeholders and end users
- Implement best-practice required to drive the value outcome from impact analysis aligned with customer processes
- Establish strong relationship with internal business functions (Sales, Customer Success, Partner Enablement etc.,) to ensure customer satisfaction and success
- Identify, define and drive success criteria for Tricentis NeoLoad implementation projects
- Perform successful E2E implementation of Tricentis NeoLoad at multiple projects
- Define knowledge sharing and enablement strategy for customers
- Manage services partner expectations to perform successful joint implementation for customer
- Drive continuous adoption, maturity, and best practices of Tricentis NeoLoad during project implementation
- Identify business development opportunities within customer landscape aligned with the objective of customer success
- Provide demonstrations of NeoLoad best practices and associated concepts in pilot environments
- Independent development of innovative solutions for users
- Implement creative ideas to resolve implementation challenges
- Drive continuous testing/delivery and agile automation at customers

Who You Are
- Minimum of 8 years' experience and expert knowledge on performance testing - creating performance testing plan, understand enterprise performance testing strategies, gather non functional testing (NFT) requirements, create and execute NFT scripts, report NFT metrics
- Hands on experience in Load runner, Jmeter or any performance testing tool
- Hands on experience in NeoLoad performance testing tool is an added advantage
- Knowledge of monitoring concepts. Good to have hands on experience in monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, NewRelic, Datadog etc.
- Integration of performance test tools with :Devops tools (like Jenkins, docker, Kubernetes etc.), Collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, etc.), App Monitoring tools, Chaos engineering tools (added advantage)
- Knowledge of databases like MSSQL, DB2, Oracle, Postgres, and MySQL- Experience on any leading cloud platform (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
- Bilingual speaker who can communicate with customers in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
